Meet Ireland Gonzalez – a highly motivated and compassionate veterinarian from Port Isabel, Texas. Born in Harlingen and raised in San Benito, Ireland’s passion for animal welfare led her to pursue a degree in veterinary medicine at Ross University, where she graduated with flying colors in 2022.

During her time at Ross, Ireland served as the SAVMA Secretary in student government and received the prestigious Leadership and Excellence Award in 2021. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and exercising to maintain a healthy work-life balance. At home, she has three adorable pets, Lady, a German Shepard, and two Domestic Shorthair cats Stilly and St. Kitty.
